Freeze Ease Workout Spray Recipe

If you’ve ever been at the gym overheating and wishing for even the tiniest bit of airflow yet there’s none to be found, I’ve got you! Not only is this workout spray amazing for cooling off during a workout session, on a really hot day, when you’ve got hot flashes, or even when you get “the nervous sweats” before an interview, this spray is here to cool things down and relieve symptoms of heat.

How to Make Freeze-Ease Workout Spray

This spray is literally air conditioning in a bottle. There is no better description. Spray it on exposed skin, wait a moment, and then feel a super refreshing and super cooling sensation that cools you down fast.

I used this spray yesterday during my most intense workout for the week and it kept me cool – borderline cold- during my whole session. Just a spritz under each arm (cuz why not amiright?) and one spray on the chest and the back of my neck and I was swept away in a flurry of refreshing coldness.

I highly recommend you try it out! I will forever keep a bottle of this available all year round because it just has so many potential uses! A few ideas that come to mind include using it as a sunburn relief spray, fever spray, and for use on aches and pains. I’m sure the list can go on!

Here’s what you need to make it:

• 4oz glass spritzer bottle (you cannot use plastic)
• 90 drops peppermint essential oil
• 10 drops wintergreen essential oil
• Vodka or distilled water (can also sub with witch hazel)

Loving Preparation – Freeze-Ease Workout Spray

1. Add the peppermint essential oil and wintergreen essential oil
2. Next, add the vodka/distilled water/witch hazel until you reach the shoulder of the bottle
3. Cap closed with the spritzer top and shake really well before use to mix

NOTE – This spray CANNOT be used on children under 10 years old because it contains menthol – a constituent that stimulates the receptors in the lungs which can trigger slow breathing, sometimes dangerously.

To Use

When you need to cool off, shake really well to mix, then spritz a few pumps of freeze-ease workout spray on exposed skin. In a few moments, the menthol in the peppermint and wintergreen essential oils will begin to significantly cool you down. Be sure not to get the spray on your face as it is quite strong!

When sprayed on the skin, the cooling sensation can last well over 30 minutes.

I hope you enjoy!
